Future Developments Shoalhaven City Council’s Shoalhaven Northern Regional Effluent Management Scheme or REMS propose that flows from Huskisson and St Georges Basin STPs and the proposed Callala STP will be redirected to Penguin Head outfall. This should stop sewage effluent release from the Plantation Point outfall into Jervis Bay.
